Black-Owned Media’s Comeback
The UIX Network Puts Points on the Board Black Media Companies

Washington, DC, September 11, 2021 – The UIX Network is the first serious self-funded black-owned media company to appeal to the masses since Black Entertainment Television. Of course, the business model has been updated to accommodate content creators and their followers.

The idea behind it was fairly simple. Create a place where people can share, grow, entertain, be entertained, and earn from it. “We were seeing people with huge social media followings living in near poverty. We really just wanted to help people turn their followers in funds.”

There are 5 main components to The UIX Network. There is a Social channel for people and businesses to post and interact. The Education channel is growing and has over 50k videos to help small businesses and entrepreneurs. There are several Tools for job hunting, hiring gig-workers, booking clients, and marketing. The Video platform allows users to upload, stream and monetize their content. Last but not least there is a permissionless cryptocurrency exchange that utilizes atomic swaps, live crypto charts for website investors, and a native cryptocurrency.

This is not your father’s media company. It is a unique approach to new media and content delivery centered around user-generated content and based on compensation for performance. Content Monetization is not a new concept, but the way it is integrated into the platform has not been done before.
